Product: Large timber numbers in Accoya
Producing the numbers 1 to 5 at 100mm high in Accoya called for a combination of traditional patternamking and CNC machining
Numerous lengths of the timber were glued up in order to produce the blocks large enough to cut the sections.
Each section was marked out and cut so the grain and join lines matched up throughout the entire number.
Once CNC machined the triangular end details were hand fitted to each number.
